The blades of traditional high-speed juicers rotate at the speed ranging from a few up to twenty thousand RPM. On one hand it allows to quickly prepare the juice . On the other, at such speed a lot of oxygen is driven into the juice, what causes quick oxidation and therefore degeneration of nutrients. The AD 4116 slow juicer uses a special screw, rotating at only 85 RPM. This way the juice preserves much more of its vitamins and nutritional values. Slower extraction is also more efficient – you can get more juice from the same amount of fruits or vegetables. The juicer features a reverse function, thanks to which the vegetables and fruits used for the juice preparation are pushed back upwards. This allows you to clean the device without the need of dismantling it, which is particularly useful in case of fruits and vegetables rich in fibres, or stalks and leaves.

Quiet and handy

Despite its 150W of power the AD4116 juicer works much quieter than its high-speed counterparts. This is why it is so pleasant to use and does not disturb other home-dwellers. Apart from that the rubber coated feet and robust design guarantee high stability. The usage is very comfortable. You place the pieces of fruit or vegetables in the broad inlet, and then they are squeezed through a sieve. The juice flows into one container, and the pulp goes into the other. Our slow juicer is also easy to detach and clean. With a specially designed brush that comes with the juicer you will remove the remains of fibres and pulp from the sieve and the cover.

More possibilities

Adler AD 4116 juicer is equipped with three interchangeable sieves of different hole diameter. The one with the smallest holes can be used to extract very clear juices. It will be also perfect for squeezing juice out of herbs and leaves, or for preparing lemonade of watermelon or other soft fruits. Sieves with bigger holes are used for thicker juices with more pulp.
