Why choose a slow juicer?

Slow juicers extract the juice slower but in a more efficient manner than their high-speed counterparts. From the same amount of ingredients you will get more juice than in case of a traditional juicer. Further more the extracted juice is healthier. In high-speed juicers the cutting sieve can rotate at the speed of more than 10 thousand RPM which leads to greater oxidation of the juice.
