An electric kettle with temperature regulation allows you to decide up to what temperature your water will be heated up. Depending on the users needs, it can be set at 60, 70, 80 or 90 degrees. Due to that fact water does not have to be cooled down after being boiled when you in fact need a lower temperature than the boiling temperature. It is a very convenient solution for those people who like to enjoy their yerba mate, herbs, green or white tea that require to be infused with water of a given temperature. Depending on the temperature setting the led lighting colour will change. The kettle also has the option of sustaining the water for 2 hours at 85C.
